Based of the title of this entry you can surmise that I’ve wrote about this particular location before and if you want to read it here’s the link: https://scootypuffsphotostuffs.com/2020/05/11/a-weekend-at-the-clinton-river-park-main-trail/

This trip did not take me out very far out onto the trail as i primarily stuck close by the Sterling Heights Nature Center. At the time of this particular excursion it was about noon and the temperature was in the mid 80’s (almost 30 for everyone else in the world) and I generally do not care for being in the heat. In fact, if I had the opportunity to be outside for a hike I would try to go earlier in the morning or around sunset but because I have a stupid night job so the opportunity to be outside during sunrise or sunset is limited. I’m counting down the days until I get to go on my next vacation but I digress…

I was more focused on seeing what shots i could capture of the local wildlife. A group of mallards was hanging around and i spent a good deal of time watching them feed. I also spent a good portion of my time out here trying to photograph dragon flies which were all over the place.
