It’s still ridiculously cold here in Michigan. At the time the temperature outside was a whopping 14°F outside (-10°C for everyone else).
What i can tell you about this sculptor is that the artist who came up with the design is named David Barr. The piece was complete in 2006-2007. It’s located near the GM Tech center and is in front of Warren City Hall.
