Some friends of mine convinced me to attend the Michigan Renaissance Festival or Ren Fest as it’s called by the locals a couple of weeks ago. This was the first mass gathering I’ve attended since the pandemic began. While I am vaccinated and the festival itself is largely outdoors it was strange being in a gathering with so many people.
The best thing about the ren fest, aside from the giant grilled turkey legs are the costumes. This dress happened to catch my eye.
